• 9/12/26I've ordered the 4 pack a handful of times and the cupcakes have been great, but the last two times the cupcakes have been dry.
The cupcakes have great flavor and the Wedding Cake is my fav. They are always packaged with care and are a perfect cupcake size.

• 12/7/25I feel bad, but the gluten free cake was so dry it was like eating sawdust. And it had no flavor. The fork stalled several times when trying to get through the cake, which is how tough and dry it was. My tongue actually hurts from the dryness. And the frosting isn't bakery quality in any way. it tastes like Duncan Hines straight from the can. I'm just a normal person, but if I made these myself, I wouldn't give them to friends or family. I had to throw them away. $8 for a cupcake was insane, and I wouldn't even eat these for free. I can't imagine how they're being sold. I don't want to hurt anyone, but you can't charge $8 for an inedible cupcake. They were out of the cookies I ordered, so they refunded me and sent an extra cupcake, which was great customer service, but it was equally inedible. They have texted me about my experience, so I don't know the outcome, but they seem to care about customer experience and satisfaction. Maybe the non-gluten free items are better?
