could have been really delicious except for the lack of bbq sauce, and the brisket was far too lean
 arrived cold, not the delivery, as I  live very close to smokeshow.

In many cases, the restaurant should demand a cold and hot bag for pickup, and perhaps this wouldn't be the case. Just to ensure the integrity of their product.
