Every time I get a drink and I request light ice it's not honored. I get more ice then drink but it's always delicious so it's still my favorite place to get soft drinks.

Be careful paying for topping and add ins on drinks/blast. They make you pay extra for very little toppings. Especially the New Hope location!

Everything was quite good. Unfortunately, my meal was missing the french fries and the soft pretzel. There was barely any chili on the chili cheese tots and the chili cheese coney. Otherwise was yummy.

I ordered a chicken Crispy Tenders Dinner and got no more than 10 tots and two burnt tiny tenders, extremely unsatisfied with service

My chicken Original Jr. Chicken Sandwich is way over cooked and the bread is burnt too.
