I will 1000% order again. The Steak & Cheese & Fries Combo was 10/10 no notes! Even the fries were hot and just perfectly salted. I am stuffed, and as a pregnant woman it was my dream

It's soooooooo good! And HEAVY! It's 6" but filling. All ingredients are fresh. The only thing I would change is putting a whole half onion on top. We never need that much. But it was great! Will order again!

The steak and cheese was so greasy and loaded with so much mayo that as soon as I took a bite of the sub, the bun came apart and the sub ingredients fell out! The meat is fattier and the bread is not a hearty enough sub roll needed to provide the proper base for a Sub and I'll explain because the fact that all I had on my sub was steak, cheese, fried and raw onions, pepper, and Mayo... no oil, liquids, or a ton of toppings!! 3 cannoli were put into a large clear plastic container with no wrap or bag holding the desserts from rolling around in the box too big for the contents. I bought 3 meal combos and none were boxed together as a combo yet the cannoli was put in a container the combo should have been put in!
*This was the last chance I gave Sorrento's West to serve the quality food they used to have. The quality of food and service has declined over the years, especially in the past 20 yrs because the prices have risen but the quality and quantities have plummeted!

The egg roll was better than the sub....vrispy , not greasy and cook to perfection, ltts of cheese too. the sub was lacking cheese fo me.....if I ask for cheese I want to taste it. However, the meat portion made up for it....lackin in flavor but it did not taset bad , just needed more...taste like they prepared the meat in batches beforehand...we need a juicy steak hunnie not dry...fries crispy and great color, taste very good.

Very delicious!! The flounder was crispy and the bread wasn't soggy :). 8" was JUST enough to fill me up; I would definitely get this again.
