• 4/14/25ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS.
My family and I were looking for something soulful and filling tonight. This spot hit THE spot. The Mac and Cheese was super cheesy, the greens were smoky with a great depth of flavor and the Black Eyed Peas & Rice and Red Beans & Rice were slammin. Perfectly seasoned Fried Wings , big portions. Next time we want soul food, we will be ordering from here. No brainer!

• 7/26/25Wings are perfect! It's really like you're getting three sides because the wings sit on top of some delicious rice! Definitely worth the price and definitely will be ordering again and recommending to my fellows. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend !!!!!!

• 5/4/26I read the reviews beforehand, and wow—they were absolutely spot on. This place is amazing! Everything tasted like it was made by grandma—authentic, homemade, and full of flavor. I had the catfish, mac & cheese, and candied yams, and every bite was delicious. It truly hit the spot. We will definitely be back!

• 4/19/26food was a 10/10 highly recommended good portions for the price and superrrrr bomb everything was fresh and amazing. cornbread was super sweet everything very seasoned and good amount of oxtails will def be getting again

• 2 days agoReally enjoyed the Fried Shrimp Side (8 pc.) & Fried Catfish both had lots of flavor. Red beans were great too but the green could've used more flavor and should've been packaged separately instead in same container as fish.
