The food was Pho King delicious! I got 2 orders of the large Rare Steak Pho and I think my family will have lunch the rest of the week. The New Mexican egg rolls were so delicious with Green Chile Mac n cheese. Better than I was expecting. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

The Major Pho was separated out well so that the food stayed fresh and not soggy. Flavor was nice, like hot and sour.
The Noodle Plate was delicious; however, there was at most 1 oz of chicken, which I had to dig around to find. I measure out ounces regularly, so I'm sure, but maybe it was so crumbled into the noodles that it was hard to differentiate.
From other reviews about this, I waffled about ordering here. If not concerned about protein/value, the food is fresh and good.

omg, it was beyond delicious Minor Pho. It was fresh, the portion was perfect, the flavor incredible. 10 out of 10 recommend, very high quality and I love that it comes with jalapeño and fresh limes.

Ordered a large pho and received a huge container of salty broth with little flavor or complexity, and a comically tiny scoop of beef. Really cannot recommend this place in a town with so many great options for Vietnamese food.

No matter what I get from this place, it's always amazing! this time, I ordered the Rollin Combo and had the NM egg roll and the Tofu Spring Roll and both were so delicious. I also ordered the Banh Mi with beef, which is always fresh and good. you can't go wrong wording from here 🙂
