Spud’s has impressed me once again! Every bite was packed with incredible flavor, and the portions are absolutely worth the price. I had the Pulled Pork Loaded Baked Potato, and it was simply melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The blend of tender pork, creamy potato, and perfectly seasoned toppings was outstanding. The Oxtail Egg Rolls made for the perfect appetizer—crispy on the outside, with tender, flavorful oxtail inside. And the Fried Crispy Ribs with tots? Absolutely next level! Spud’s consistently delivers quality and taste, and I’m already looking forward to my next order. Highly recommend if you’re craving something hearty and delicious!

This is my favorite food truck in Houston! The food is literal perfection and the staff is really friendly. I love the oxtail potato. The fried ribs are also delicious. You also get a huge portion for your money.

me and my friend wanted to try something new so ofc this was a first ! the Oxtail Egg Roll was a good 9/10 full of flavor ! the Shrimp Egg Roll actually has crawfish as well they was a good full of flavor 10/10 ! they were also a good size and fresh !

Ribs come w 2 ribs per order and a LOT of tots. One of the ribs was twice as big as the others (we ordered two plates 4 ribs total) I cut into it and it was completely raw. This doesn't seem safe to serve and is certainly not what we anticipated. I gave it to my dog, but for the price it's definitely not worth ONE edible rib and a 'large' tots... we won't order here again. The concept is cute and we were hoping to have found a new favorite spot.
