Star cafe by far has the best scones around. We order extras to have for the following morning during the week for a quick breakfast on the go and to get our "scone fix" for the week.  This is by far one of our favourite local cafe's.

A lot of food and everything was super tasty the babies loved the strawberry Homemade Belgian Waffle and my omelette was huge and all tasted fresh. This place has been around forever of course I'll be back

English Muffin Combo was good but rather bland without condiments or salt/pepper packets. Same with the Two Pork Chop and 2 Eggs though I will say the two pork chops exceeded my expectations & I would highly recommend. Napkins and plastic utensils were included. Decent size portions for the price but be sure to have condiments and pepper ready at home before ordering.

The Country Fried Steak and 2 Eggs was pretty bland. Once I got to just the hash browns,I could tell there wasn't any salt. However, those scones are delicious. They are a bit misleading in the picture since the size seemed to be halved. But they're still pretty good, definitely the best part of the meal.

I was impressed enough with Star Cafe's breakfast that I thought I would give their lunch a shot. Ay, yi, yi...the All Star Club Sandwich showed up completely soggy with the side of potatoes and onions all over it! It completely ruined the sandwich. Wish there was a way to take off condiments such as mayo because it's drenched from that and the onions.  A small slice (as in ONE)  of ham, turkey, bacon, but NO cheese, and a bunch of iceberg lettuce. The whole thing smells and tastes like onions. Sides should be separated or at least available to request this to prevent this in the future.
