didn't even fill my cup all the way. Didn't put caramel around the cup like I paid for or a shot of espresso or even coffee at all it seems like. This taste like sweet flavored milk and I paid almost $10 for this. You have got to be kidding me. I haven't ordered Starbucks in awhile and I definitely won't be ordering ever again. I normally do bojoro coffeehouse who is cheaper and actually puts coffee in my drink. They were closed which is why I decided to try Starbucks. Worst mistake. Wouldn't recommend. Do the baristas there even know how to make a decent coffee drink... because it sure doesn't seem that way. With how expensive y'all are that's ridiculous

I order almost every day, and I get the same thing every day. Two Matcha Lattes and two Butter Croissants. I don't know who it is, but there's one kind woman who always takes the extra effort to not only write those nice little pick-me-ups on the cups, but also remembers to put the cardboard sleeves on the drinks, every time. Unfortunately, none of her coworkers do either of them. I don't so much care about not getting something written on the cup, but it is rather tough to drink a steaming hot Matcha Latte without the insulation. So thank you mystery writer/insulator!

I wouldn't get coffee from here. They don't know how to make coffee at all. I've gotten 2 orders now that taste like they had NO COFFEE in my Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso . It tastes like disgusting cereal milk bc it was literally just milk and syrup. UNACCEPTABLE FOR HOW EXPENSIVE YOUR COFFEE DRINKS ARE!!!

My drink was made completely wrong. Label showed everything correctly but the flavor was so off. I can't quite place it almost like chai or some season flavor. It was gross for what I like and normally order.
