The coffee came out perfect and the bag was taped shut and nothing spilled. It was perfect and was decorated w nice words. I am very appreciative.

I don't know what it is about this location but every time I order here they give me half a drink even in venti. Usually happens with Matcha but has happened with other drinks. Otherwise the taste is fine but just kinda sucks quantity wise.

the quality is down, very disappointing. the eggs had eggs shells throughout in both meals. the bacon wasn't cooked throughly. the hashbrown casserole was undercooked with large slices of onions.

Sometimes the ingredient proportions are just hap-hazardly thrown together and the drink just tastes watery, not as sweet as it should be or too strong. A little more care could be taken to get it right.

It didn't have any whipped cream and came with the wrong lid so I had to take the entire top off just to drink it. I'm super disappointed. I spent $22 for something not even drinkable.
