So for one, the lid wasn't even on! So my coffee spilled at the bottom of the bag. I had to clean up my cup. Two, I PAID $5 FOR EXTRA THINGS IN MY DRINK! The only thing I have extra in my drink is the Carmel drizzle on top! I was supposed to have 4 pumps of Carmel and Carmel lining the cup, I didn't get any of those! And three, my drink doesn't even taste that good! It literally taste like coffee and oatmilk, there's no cinnamon or Carmel !!!! This is the most disappointed I've ever been with Starbucks. Wish I could get my $5.50 back cause clearly they didn't put in the things I wanted AND PAID FOR

My espresso frappe came 3/4 full and I didn't taste the honey or chai that I specifically added. Also I never chose indian harbor store I wanted the mall's since it's way closer. Donut was ok.

There was no whipped cream on my drink and the cup is dented at the base so it doesn't sit right on the table
