Whoever the batista is that prepares my Venti Featured Dark Roast and my Venti Caramel Macchiato that I always order - Thank you so much for always leaving me words of encouragement & kindness on both my bag & my cup!!!

It's really a hit or miss sometimes they might be overwhelmed and you'll get a mix up drink most of the time I get really good and hot drinks which is surprising because i am very far away. The Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte has never tasted the same a single time I've had it and never let it cool. Starts to taste like spoiled milk. But it's always fresh always hot I never have a half filled cup and if I do it's all accounted for on the back seat of my dashers car. Oh one real big negative! When I buy the Eggs & Cheddar Protein Boxs & Cheddar Protein Box the fruit is always rotten. How can something look so fresh and taste so vinger like I don't know. Also why and how are your grape skins so thick. I order it for the biscuit. Also I'm very disappointed in the size change in the peanutbutter.

The oven has specific buttons for the menu items and my Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap was still somehow frozen.

Great food and excellent service on both ends fro the store to the driver! The only problem was my cake pops were smashed

Received croissant, not brownie. No straw, no napkins. I really miss the store near the hospital.
