Almost didnt order after reading bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprisedby quick delivery, plentyof hot fries, a yummy and warm Frisco sandwich and the 1st. REALLY large soda completed a great meal. Thank you, S & S!

ordered 4 combos for the famiy, a Western BBQ 'n Bacon Steakburger Combo, Garlic Double Steakburger Combo and two 3 PC Chicken Fingers Combo. the flavor of shake was wrong on all except one. One of the 3 PC Chicken Fingers Combo didn't include the fries, and we didn't receive the Western BBQ 'n Bacon Steakburger Combo at all, and instead was given a different burger completely. while the burgers are tasty, the portion sizes on all the items aren't worth anywhere near what they charge, the burgers are tiny and the chicken Fingers where underwhelming in both size and quality. We are very disappointed that 80 dollars got us so little, and we didn't even get all of, or the correct food that we ordered.

I have such a weakness for frisco melts. Usually when I get takeout they get soggy - but this one was crispy and juicy and slathered in frisco sauce. It hit the spot!

The manager at this store, Lucas, went above & beyond to ensure my experience was easy & enjoyable. So accommodating! The butter steakburger was excellent. And my shake!! Happy customer :)

Legit was one of the best lunches! My food was bomb! Alton steak and shake gonna have me driving 45 minutes just for a burger lol whoever was cooking on 12/28 around 10am you are the mvp
