Extremely disappointed. Not worth the money at all. No plastic ware. No napkins. Cold food. Overcooked noodles. Not enough Chili 5-Way . 4 baby sized containers instead of one big plate of spaghetti. Only half a teaspoon in each container. I hate it! I waited up past my bedtime for this food. I'm furious 😤!

excessive wait. then handed my food to someone else, prompting the new dasher to have to call me. failed to check that the old "dasher" was even doing what they said. fries were unsalted and old, soda is not mixed properly(to much soda water in mixture) also wrong soda flavor

I order my food the fries where cold and hard the burger look like these threw it together and my soda had ice to the top all I had was two sip of soda in the cup what a waste of time and of my $15.00 just sad.

The chili was awful. The taste was really bad and I didn't ask for the handful of onions thrown on top. I will never order from steak and shake again. Again the chili tastes terrible and the beans were undercooked and tasted nothing like real chili. Had to have come out of a can. Steak and shake used to be so good, now it's trash.

Single steak burger is good but small, for a child but ibwaa hungry so wanted it. The onion rings are amazing Everytime
