• 6 days agoThe chili mac hardly had any meat about a spoonful Evey thing else was fine
I could not find on the menu to order the burgers how I wanted them Like no cheese and pickles & onions only But they did taste good

• 7/12/25Burger was so-so. Bun was smushed and it didn't have the extras that I chose: lettuce, tomato and pickles. Also, I didn't get a straw. Almost every time I door dash Steak 'n Shake, there's an issue with my order. I order from them because they're reasonably priced, but the preparers don't ensure that the order is as it was placed.

• 8/12/26The onion rings were over cooked. They forgot the Vanilla Shake. The Garlic Double Steakburgers were very good.
