Paid extra for onion rings. Obviously showed up cold. Can always reheat. But charge me extra for onion rings abs give me 4. I don't understand.

Overall it was good. Steakbuger was solid as always. Chili was great. Did not care much for the fries. Not as crisp and flavorful as they used to be. Everything was cold because the driver didn't know about road issues. That is not the stores problem

Steak n Shake has mist definitely stepped up their game. Every item we ordered had been prepared very well. It wasn't sloppy at all, and the ingredients were very fresh. Great job steak n shake!
