• 8/13/23Everything was delicious except for the brown gravy. It was a salt bomb. Recommend the cream or country gravy.

I had Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and onion straws-
I LOVE SALT - And this overall was EXTREMELY SALTY . Literally everything was just salt no flavor .
Onion straws swimming in a huge pool of oil in the container. Potatoes bitter and salty even with gravy .
We also ordered the Fried Catfish
The 3 fillets of fish had maybe a 1/3rd inch of fish combined . Literally paper thin and no flavor- just drowned it in tarter sauce .
Broccoli was average.
Green beans are above average.
Best part of the meal was the bread/toast actually very tasty.
Giving a two star- even though food was below average for 30$ prior to all fees and delivery
It was prepared fast and was hot when arrived

• 9/13/24Meatloaf was very good and interesting with the chorizo in it. Shrimp was okay, too. Steaks were like tires (and no, we did not order them well-done) and the okra was a little slimy and unsalted. Gravy was bland and unsalted, same for the mac and cheese. Sauce in the mac was gritty and broken as well. Chicken fried steak was just okay. Might have been better fresh. Fried Apple pies had raw dough in the middle and apples inside just tasted canned and were disappointing. Green beans and broccoli were also just okay. We might give them another try in person one day and try different things (or just meatloaf!), but it was overall not a great experience for everyone on this order.

• 8/3/23meatloaf was dry and so were the mashed potatoes the broccoli tasted burnt I guess it wasn't a good night

• 8/22/22Meatloaf was good mash is good but missing my gravy and the roasted broccoli was on the salty side. Other than that overall the food was good.
