Steak Philly looks like its been dragged through the hedgerows. Hardly any meat on it, everything wilted. Disgusting! Wont order again from this location! No vinagrette or oil on Spicy BMT and again hardly any meat just a HUGE amount of veg! Bread is tough. Instructions not followed and these are just slopped together. Not happy with the quality NOR the amount spent to get such slop. Badly made and someone thought yes these are quality and wrapped them up. The Chicken Bacon Ranch, same. All around disappointed. Only thing correct is the portions ordered.

My sandwich had the bare minimum on it 4 pieces of spinach, 4 olives, half a tomato. yes it was a 6 inch but it was the puniest sandwich I have ever seen. Imagine wanting a full sandwich and getting a piece of paper that is what i got. not worth the money Rotisserie-Style Chicken

Bacon was non-existent. I even paid for extra. To charge the same for this as a footlong full of meat is not right, it was more like a salad in a tortilla. Which fell apart so i had  to eat it with a fork anyway. $16 small salad basically.

There was not very much meat an the sandwich was very flat. Basically it was just a sauce sandwich very soggy.

i went to the St James subway and they somehow couldn't make a simple Veggie Delite®. the folks over at this location made sure to make sure my order was correct. the food was fresh and the quantity was excellent.
