everything was amazing, but the bread was extremely tough and didn't even seem like it was toasted.

last couple of times I've ordered, the sandwiches barely had anything on them. for the prices they charge, you'd think you'd at least get your money's worth. my last meatball sub only had 3 meatballs on it. it was basically like eating some bread with marinara sauce on it. do better Subway...

I ordered a combo footlong meal. Which was an almost 5$ up charge. Instead of the chips I did the 2 cookie option. I did however get the 2 additional cookies I ordered for my child but They didn't give me my drink or the cookies for the combo. & my receipt specifically states the bottled drink and the cookies that were supposed to be with the combo so if you can get the extra 2 cookies I ordered and follow that off the receipt why couldn't you get the other cookies and the drink?. If you're going to up charge that much for a combo at least make sure people's items are in the bag. And my sandwich was wrapped like it was thrown together and thrown in a bag. Compared to my daughter's 6 inch being wrapped perfectly how they're supposed to be wrapped. Mine looked like it had been opened and rewrapped and legit thrown in a bag. And the sandwiches were specifically selected to be toasted and the bread isn't toasted even the slightest the cheese isn't even melted so you know it wasn't toasted. Definitely not the best experience I've had with subway. It will be a while before I think about ordering from this particular subway location again, they really need to get it together. Subway is pricey now to begin with, without messing up orders when you charge so much to up charge. Sad bc we order subway often.

The churro and cookies were as hard as a rock. The bread on the sandwiches was pretty dry as well! The ingredients were great. More than likely they were slow and didn’t pay attention to the freshness of the products they were making.

I paid for 50% more meat and I'm pretty sure I got less meat than it normally comes with, definitely not more. It was all bread.
