I never knew how important rice flavor was until having it at Sushi Capitol. Their rice is amazing, and pairs so wonderfully with the high-quality fish. The sashimi is fantastic. This is 100% my go-to sushi place.

Cuts of fish excellent but for the price I was expecting more than 6 pieces plus 2 sweet egg. Maybe like 8 pieces plus the sweet egg

Fun-size sushi. V-e-r-y small portions. Good, but the smallest pieces of sushi I've ever seen! Normally I'd feel a bit more satiated. Recommend if you want a snack but want to pay full meal price

The very smallest 8 piece (2 were tamago) $30 charashi bowl I've ever seen in my life, more like a $9 sashimi appetizer. NEVER AGAIN Sushi Capital!!!

I used to love Sushi capitol but won't order it again via Doordash. I paid $20 for the double salmon roll, but unfortunately got a different roll without avocado. The plain salmon roll I also ordered didn't taste very fresh.
