Excellent food and excellent customer service! They ran out of one item in my delivery order. Not only did they refund me promptly, but they also prepared a similar item and sent it to me free of charge!
The food quality was great, Miso Soup was hot, like it was served right there on the spot. Alaskan Roll was fresh, Steamed Pork Gyoza (8 Pieces) was hot and delicious.

The Shrimp tempura udon soup had a nice flavor. We were wishing for more vegetables. The shrimp tempura were nice and crunchy. The Spicy California Roll wasn't very spicy. Both California rolls tasted the same and were good. The tiger roll was a different choice for us. The miso and udon soups were hot and well packaged. We would have liked a bit more ginger.

A little sad on the portion of spicy mayo BUT the flavor of everything else keeps me coming back. This was my first place to try to my first sushi months ago & I've gone anywhere else! The owner is also the best if you ever have time to stop in store!

I ordered the stuffed mushrooms which are one of my favorites, especially from Sushi Go & tried the Crazy Shrimp Roll tonight. It was a night my BF had rehearsal for his band so I decided to catch up on my shows and have a Sushi date alone. The food is so fresh, the portion size is huge so I'm going to have enough to give him a sample when he gets home and not only do I frequent this hidden gem in Rowlett but most definitely will order again!!!
It didn't come packaged together I consolidated the boxes so I could take it to my "girly cave."

The pictures offered by the owner does not match what I received when it came to the Shrimp Roll or the Edamame . There was a dot of wasabi and a small amount of pickled ginger . I am trying to figure out how and where there was any shrimp in my sushi . Their picture of the edamame shows a sprinkle of spices and what I got was missing anything and everything. Didn't even see a speck of salt . Could have had this by microwaving a frozen bag at home . Bland . The Miso Soup was came with about 4 ounce . It was actually the best part of the meal except very small . I have been to other Sushi Go franchises and they serve more like 6 to 8 ounces . The Gyzo was fine - steam correctly , good flavor but definitely still on the bland side. I received one package of soy sauce . So don't expect a lot of anything when ordering from here .
