• 2/22/23Ordered two of the deluxe dinners for my roommate and I. The food was hot, fresh and perfectly seasoned. Both of us were a little disappointed in the size of the chicken however was delicious all the same.

• 5/10/23the BBQ wings party pack was so not worth the money! only 2 prices of celery and 2 pieces of carrots, the ribs were so dry and overcooked, couldn't eat them, the chicken wings were just about the same! 50.00 for food you can't eat! what a waste!
total with delivery and tip was 74.00!
way overpriced as well.

• 6/15/25It arrived looking so messy and like it had been thrown together like left overs. It was very bland . And I was very disappointed with my order . My supper did not meet my expectations . If I have been dining inside the restaurant I would have sent it back .

• 10/9/23I normally love Swiss Chalet andhave ordered on Door Dash several times but tonight it was terrible.
With all of the added fees it makes it worse. The food was cold and the chalet sauce was tasteless and watery. It did arrive on time but i was extemely disappointed in the temperature and the quality
