Five stars for taste, but only two stars for getting orders right.

I've loved Sy Thai for yearsss. The food is and always has been absolutely delicious. It's one of my go to places to order from. 

That said, I'm done going through doordash bc over the past couple of years the restaurant has consistently screwed up orders (ie chicken when I order veggie etc), failed to include items, etc.. I'd say 50% of my orders have been wrong in some way - it's disappointing esp when you pay $16 for a dish that is incorrect and only get like $4.58 back (which I understand is a doordash issue, not a sy thai issue; still frustrating).  

Like I said - the food is good. So good! I don't want to stop ordering from Sy Thai, but going forward it will only be if I or someone else can pick it up to make sure everything is included and correct.

Everything is always perfect! The chicken satay and the fresh rolls are the best I've ever had. Deliveries are consistently hot and fresh as well as packaged nicely. Excellent go to for high protein and healthy options. The sesame chicken is also supremely delicious, and is a decadent cheat day option!!!

Love their Pad Thai- very crisp, lots of noodles and all the add ins make this tasty. 
I also ordered their Spring Rolls- crispy, flavorful and 2pieces were perfect.
I'll have extra for tomorrow.

Soup was just OK.  Definitely not worth the $$.  Pot stickers were a huge disappointment.  Basically grocery frozen pot stickers thrown in a deep fryer.  There were 5 small ones.  Quality has been slipping.  Lunch prices went up, portion sizes went down.  About half the protein they used to use.

I would definitely not order the pad Thai again. The noodles were bland, mushy and overcooked, there was hardly any sauce, and the chicken was bland and dry there was also a strange aftertaste that I can't place. I've gone in person in the past and it was better, but this was grossly disappointing.
