• 5/11/26Tastes like average Taco Bell, always like the cantina stuff, the chicken seems more fresh. And it's shredded so it feels like a bigger portion when it's not. Open late so I wouldorder again

• 12/27/25Absolutely horrible. I love TacoBell, but Cadillac's TacoBell is more like an off-brand TacoBell...
Ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme®, paid for EXTRA Beef, EXTRA Sour Cream, and EXTRA Nacho Cheese. I couldn't even recieve the normal amount of toppings that come in a Crunchwrap...
Instead, in their mind's, they thought that I actually paid for and requested a plain tortilla shell, that is way too hard, with just a splash of Beef and ONE piece of tomato... So thin and empty, that I couldn't even put sauce on it, because when I tried, it dripped all the way through the shell and out the bottom. There was no toppings to stop the sauce.
Funny thing is... I also ordered a REGULAR Double Stacked Taco, no extra toppings, but they literally PACKED that Taco full of toppings. Taco was so full that as soon as I unwrapped it, toppings were falling out of the wrapper.
I have given this TacoBell so so many chances, ordering different things every time, because I do enjoy some good TacoBell, but Cadillac's TacoBell messes it up SO BAD literally every single time.
I do not recommend this TacoBell.

• 9/24/25I paid over $1 EACH for extra meat, sour cream, and nacho cheese and this is all I received. Was not enough to even cover half of the chips. Spent more money just to have "extra" of everything, and I'm pretty sure I got less than the normal amount.
Chips were basically the left over chip crumbs and basically almost all chips were soggy.
I do not recommend ordering the Nachos BellGrande®, when using Door Dash. TacoBell does a lot better if you go to the restaurant in person.

• 8/16/25Would have rated better except they left the dasher waiting inside for almost 30 minutes for pickup, and delayed original arrival time as a result. I gave him extra tip for above and beyond but really Taco Bell owes us both.
Also, the add-on sour cream ($1.10) and guacamole ($1.34) for the chicken quesadilla looked like they would be in a container. Instead, they put a little of each inside the chicken quesadilla and not nearly as much as it would have been to provide it as pictured on the app. I definitely did not get my money's worth!

• 7/12/25It was absolutely dreadful I ordered Taco supreme meal with chips and cheese with a baja blast mt dew completely forgot my drink forgot all my mold sauces even though I put them in my order the tacos tasted so old and just like with soggy lettuce just gross. the cheese with my chips was barely half full I think I ate 5 chips and the cheese was gone and the other person got a deluxe box the Taco was so oily and soggy lettuce couldn't eat the burrito absolutely hard and small and not edible and cold chips were half a bag not even and the cheese was 1/4 full very disappointing for taco bell just completely disappointing
