Joshua at store 017490 River Street is absolutely awesome the app doesn't have the option to substitute beef instead of chicken on multiple items like it should and like you can on Uber Eats, Grub Hub and in the restaurant. When I called the restaurant to ask if they would be able to do so before it was already made they not only did so but were super friendly and kind about it unlike many other restaurants have been. Also a huge thank you to the employee who's name I didn't get that was in the process of starting to make my order my family thanks you wholeheartedly 10/10 would recommend. This Taco Bell never disappoints ingredients are always fresh, and the food always tastes great.

Chipotle Sauce didnt get it even though I paid for it.
Mug® Root Beer tastes like slightly flavored water.
Lipton® Sweet Tea doesn't have taste to it at all.
Missing a cheese cup for the fries even though it was paid for.
Overall not impressed.

Crunchwrap was missing filling. No sauce and barely any meat. They got my order wrong. Food was also cold but that's the dashers fault.

Lately this place is slacking, if my order isn't wrong the food is awful and tonight the crunch wrap supreme has a tortilla shell that tasted like a plastic bag I actually had to spit it out and everything was so greasy.
