Whoever put this order together understood the assignment of 10 Fire Sauce Packet s, fresh, hot potato tacos, and a Grilled Cheese Burrito that was cooked perfectly. Please have that person train the rest of the team how to do things right.

Beefy 5 layer is 5.10 but is the quality of something that should be on the $1 menu. Ground beef tasted like it sat for a while since it's a highly requested item. Half ground beef was soft as normal, other half was rock hard as if it dried out. More Sourcream and shredded cheese than the half scoop of ground beef, barely enough nacho cheese to be able to stick 2 tortillas together but not enough to notice.. That's what I get for ordering at 12 at night:/

My pregnancy cravings are over ruling me lately. But this DD RUN I was not disappointed at all. My driver was super fast, and efficient, the food was made perfectly. The only thing I could complain against the store a they always skimp on the fries. But still 10/10 compared to my other experiences.

This is truly one of the worst DoorDash experiences I have ever had. Spent money on getting Nacho Cheese Doritos® Locos Tacos Supreme® sadly they did not come supreme. Ordered a Nachos BellGrande® Combo got the wrong drink and they forgot all of the food in the combo. Paid extra for extra nacho cheese on my nachos. I guess that means put the smallest amount of sauce on the chips. We're giving you a container of dry chips with a few drops of each topping. If this is the Taco Bell that comes up for you, I wouldn't trust it. Truly not worth the money I just spent. I feel like this has to be a joke where your order is just a suggestion so pray you at least get the stuff you paid for.

I order from DoorDash (specifically Taco Bell) pretty frequently. Other locations, like the one off of South Meadows, seems to always go above and beyond. This location, however, has never once put any care into the quality they put out and it shows. This is my third time ordering from this location due to it being later at night, and 3 out of 3 times my order has been completely wrong. I have received the wrong drink every single time. I have ordered multiple items that were neglected to be put into the bag. I received incorrect ingredients or just simply missing ones on several items. Upon calling the store to inquire about my order this evening, the gentleman who answered said with proof of receipt they can go ahead and make everything I originally ordered and I could pick it up....when if that was an option why wouldn't they have just included all my items and made them correctly to begin with? Not to mention a huge receipt that was printed out from the store detailing everything that was supposed to be in the bag (including modifications) was put clear as day on the front of the bag by the store themselves. Truly a huge disappointment considering I spent $40 on tonight's order that took over an hour to get to me.
