Didn't get the extras that I paid for, the taco salad shell was stale and hard, the bottom was soggy mostly lettuce hardly anything else. Barely chips not even 1/2 bag. 7 chewy soggy donut bites. I spent $50+ very disappointed with taco John

Once again, I didn't get what I ordered. I got some soft shell taco with only meat and cheese?!? Idk, and then I believe this is a meat and potato burrito but it has onlions and sour cream too boot?!?!? Not sure what that is either and then the sour cream is definitely not the same size anymore, and it might be because Ionly ordered 2 mexi rolls but is a way smaller portion. And it's not the same kind of sour cream they used to have it's like almost fat free sour cream. Which is so sad because I loved their sour cream. And also with the prices of food these days I can see why it's smaller but the price went way up, you have got to be joking me if I would be paying almost $2 for this size portion of sour cream, or any of their other sides. Oh and also it me 3 trips before to get the sour cream I paid for. They forgot it the first time months ago and I called them and they just said the next time when you come in we will give you one for free. So I did, and I told them about it and he said I will make sure you get your paid sour cream and still forgot it!! 3 times a charm, the last time I went there they remembered, oh yeah I just tried the donut bites and they are like dough!! Gross!!

First time trying taco John's, the food was pretty good but I felt that I could have easily made the exact same thing at home. The Four Cheese Quesadilla - Chicken didn't have much of a crust to it so it had a microwaved feel to it. It tasted good though.

all i did was open the quesadilla. this is the portion of steak i got and its awful. at least everything i ordered came.

Pretty upset that I spent $15 on one meal, not including delivery fees... and there was no drink. My buritto was squished at the bottom, and there was almost no steak in the burrito.
