Somos una FoodTruck de tacos estilo Tijuana, Mexico. "Tacos El Rojo" tiene mas de 11 anos de experiencia que a finales de Noviembre de 2022 decidimos traerlos a Phoenix Arizona.
Taco de Asada was big and stuffed with steak & guac, definitely worth the price. Papa de Asada also had a lot of steak, guac & potato, would eat again.
Sides (cucumber, radish, limes) were all fresh, salsa was good. Entrees came in separate containers & also had a layer of foil on the inside to keep them hot, sides came in a separate baggy.

I was hoping for a bit more flavor and better preparation. I had ordered 6 tacos and 3 came with double tortilla but the other 3 came with only 1. Three of my tacos fell apart unfortunately and I received salsa that was rotten. Price might be a bit exaggerated as the food is mediocre and needs better preparation. Both drinks and Burrito de Asada were good just not worth the price.

The taco chango , the asada meat was really salty . Had to take the meat out . Ate it with just the shrimp . I've had them before never had this issue . Might have been just a cook error

good tasting tacos but they are very small for the price they are asking for.
