gave me the biggest piece of oxtail in the entire dmn western hemisphere, Isombe was a solid 9/10 and the amount of rice they give you is crazy good.
Fufu should be wrapped in saran wrap not foil, but it was still delicious!

The Jamaican Oxtail was delicious, packing a punch of flavor and tenderness in a bite. I've had oxtails before but not quite the same depth of flavors. And it was a very fair portion for the price. It made a great first experience ordering from Tam Tam. The Mandazi was interesting- it was my first time trying it. Not sure if it was how it's supposed to be (obviously overlooking the fact that it's a fried food packaged to go), but it wasn't very sweet so it didn't give me "dessert" vibes per se and it was a bit denser than I expected (like a donut hole) it was like a bread-like hush puppy... but nonetheless, still good. I honestly dipped it in the oxtail juice and it was DA BOMB.com. I'm definitely gonna order from here again and try some other things on the menu.
All items were delivered hot and with accuracy. And packaging was on point- no spills, and organized upon receiving.

I don't know if the menu has changed but I ordered the Egusi and it came as a brownish stew instead of the red I'm used to getting from them. It also had bland flavor whereas the red stew I'm used to getting is bold and spicy. Also the FuFu was wrapped in foil whereas it used to be in the plastic cling wrap. The Puff-Puff (Dinner) was not good at all. It was dry and shriveled up more like a hush puppy than a Puff-Puff (Dinner).

I'm so glad they packed the fufu in tin foil, it kept it nice and hot for me, the egusi was delicious and not spicy, my baby even loved it !

Expensive for what you get. The beef was chewy and dry. It didn't taste like a whole lot either. The plantains were pretty good.
