If you’re craving a solid Tex-Mex meal, Ted’s Escondido delivers with their Fabulous Shredded Chicken Burrito and Beef Enchiladas combo.
The shredded chicken burrito lives up to its name—tender, flavorful chicken wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, smothered in their signature sauce. The seasoning is spot on, not too spicy but packed with flavor, and the portion size is generous. The cheese and sauce blend perfectly, making every bite rich and satisfying.
The beef enchiladas are a classic done right. The beef is well-seasoned and juicy, wrapped in corn tortillas that hold up well under the layers of sauce and melted cheese. The red enchilada sauce has a nice depth, with just the right balance of smoky and savory notes.

• 1/10/26The black beans had no flavor and weren't cooked thoroughly. The atomic salsa didn't have any avocado which adds the great flavor and cools it off just enough for the heat to be bearable. Without the avocado the atomic salsa is just extremely hot salsa. We've had the same issues with the Midwest City location in the past. The food at other locations is always better than the Midwest City location.

• 6/4/22Driver had to get missing items from order, but overall, the food is always delicious. Wish the fajitas had more meat. It only has like 10 pieces of meat for $22. Still not terrible though. Atomic salsa is my favorite

• 8/10/24I paid 18 for just a few chips with beef and cheese. no lettuce, tomatoes, nothing on it. Very disappointed for the price I paid

• 12/20/22Paid over $60 for three of nachos but when delivered there were only a few chips, cheese, and a little bit of ground beef. Rice was also tasteless and dry.
