• 3/11/25Thai Kitchen has the best Shrimp Pad Thai in Independence MO and in Eastern Jackson County, MO. The shrimp are perfectly cooked and, along with the noodles, are so easy to handle from the plate to your mouth.

• 10/27/25With the exception of "THAI HOUSE" at 99th & Wornall Rd. KCMO, the SHRIMP PAD Pad Thai is the best that I've tasted. It's fresh and well-seasoned. A single order is good for 2 meals for me. My go to dish.

• 7/9/25THAI KITCHEN has the BEST SHRIMP PAD THAI in Independence MO. Very good dinner size portion, I always get extra shrimp. I can easily have 2 good meals from my Pad Thai order I photographed. Orders are always freshly prepared.

• 6/13/26As someone who enjoys trying different restaurants and pays attention to food quality, I was disappointed with my experience here. The Red Curry had very little chicken, especially considering the price. The biggest issue was the takeout packaging...it was packed so poorly that it leaked everywhere before it got to me. To me, packaging is part of the dining experience, and it reflects how much a restaurant cares about its customers’ food.
The Vegetable Delight was okay, but it was pretty bland and lacked flavor. Overall, the food was average, and the poor packaging made the experience even more frustrating. I hope they improve their portion sizes and take more care with takeout orders in the future. Wouldn't order again from this place.

• 5/8/26I ordered the Tom Yum and Spicy Thai Ginger. Both were full of high-quality vegetables, chicken, and especially flavor. Warning: Even if you love spicy foods like I do, selecting the "Thai Spicy" heat level may be a bit much. It was close to being too hot for me, but was still delicious! (I'm just going to need to eat it in stages.) My suggestion: Try the "Medium Spicy" first.
