Provided a 1/4 of the cake rather than the entire cake as ordered. $51 cake and DoorDash decided $28 refund was acceptable. Had to reorder and call the store to get what was originally ordered so I ended up paying more than I should. Tiana from the Manor Lakes store was wonderful ensuring the right product was sent out the second time however it doesn't change that a customer is out of pocket due to an employees inability to read and pack an order.
