I got a medium bag of cookies full of snicker doodles and they were really good. Not stale or hard. Not sure about the other reviews but I was satisfied with my order. Bag was also well packed.

I selected (3) flavors of cookies. The Snicker Doodles and Chocolate Chips w/ Walnuts were not fresh cookies. They tasted stale and they were crumbly. The Oatmeal with Raisins cookies were the (ONLY) fresh ones. (I received this cookies on 8/27 @ 7:10 pm by Door Dash service). These poor quality cookies didn't represent "The Great Cookie".

The buckets I orderedhad great chocolate chip cookies and the snickerdoodle cookies, but the oatmeal rais cookies were hard and burnt. Im slowly eating the oatmeal and trying not to break a tooth on them.
