Latte almost tasted burnt. Just had the same order 2 days ago and it was way better...not to mention the drink was only filled up about 80% of the way.
Wife said the Matcha tasted super-duper...but that was overshdowed by the poor latte performance.

I paid for two extra shots and it doesn't even taste like coffee. I don't think I received the extra I paid for which bummed me out. I go here all the time, I just seem to have bad luck Doordarshing here.

Ordered a 32 ounce Bright Energy™ Smoothie as in blended (paying extra), got a 24 ounce that's just almost completely melted so I spent an extra $10 for nothing. Please pay attention to sizes on orders @ Human Bean

Matcha latte was okay. Little to heavy on the matcha powder. Would add just a little less. Also adding an "add whip cream" option to your menu would be really nice as well as not charging extra for random things. Price is about half if you go in person in comparison to ordering on dash. I think stuff is set up funky.

The Spicy Sausage, Egg & Pepper Jack Cheese Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit was super good, biscuit was flaky, cheese was melty, just enough heat. and the latte wasn't too sweet and very delicious!
