I left a poor review after a sandwich was missing. I was finally able to get in touch with someone at the store. I found out that the Dasher left the sandwich, and it wasn't the fault of the restaurant. After getting somebody on the phone, they were incredibly helpful and apologetic, despite it not being their fault. I ended up going to pick the order up, which they made fresh. overall the food was pretty good. The Giddy Up Melt was very good. Thank you, Melt Down, I appreciate your help.

We got a classic with bacon, the giddy up, and two orders of fries. The sandwiches are grilled in syrup or honey and it's pretty sticky and does not taste good. The cheese was not melted (not even on the edges, the cook could easily see it wasn't melted). The fries has potential but had no salt or seasoning. This is the most disappointing food that we've had in the last few years.

I got the giddyup melt and it was horrible.
Pieces of meat were nothing but charred fat. The bread was also dry. This is the first time I've ordered from this place and I won't ordering from here again.

My drink is missing, all the food is cold. My giddy up melt Giddy Up Melt - Combo is COMPLETELY burnt and fries were not done inside!!! The Treatin' Myself Melt was only a half of cheesecake and not the whole slice. The Classic Meltdown the cheese was not melted. This is my first and LAST time ordering from them!
