the brisket loaded fries are actually insane. generous portion of soft sweet smokey bbq brisket, pillowy soft flavourful fries, gooey cheese sauce, and spring onions to bring it all together and cut through the (delicious) richness. very nice size too, could share it with two if you're happy with a smaller porton, or enjoy it by yourself if you just wanna go embrace takeaway night 😝 also it reheats quite well in the microwave if you live further like I do.
