The only complaint with Tim Horton's West is every time I order something through doordash, some item is missing, wrong thing gets sent or is made the wrong way. The store does little to correct the problem. However, I am still a loyal customer.

My Boston Cream Donuts were packaged on top of eachother with the Chocolate Chip Muffins on top, squishing the donuts and making the chocolate peel off.

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas; instead, I don't even know what I got. Both had no pepperoni at all and they tasted funny, like something was wrong with them.
