for a large Original Iced Capp® costing $5, it should at least be made to the rim. I basically received 2 medium Original Iced Capp® s, I've noticed a lot of times the large ice capps aren't made to at least the rim. not over the rim but at least closer to the rim than what I received, you know.

This store consistently under-fills Iced Capps. As well as 23 (yes I counted) out of 50 plain Timbits is just disappointing, especially when our order was delayed an extra 15 minutes bbecause we got fresh cookies (still warm when they showed up.) I understand it was probably all they had, but if youre making fresh cookies, why not mix up the Timbits as well. 2/5 because of the fresh cookies, or it would be lower.

Swapped out what I ordered with something I didn t order when it clearly says to refund of item is not available. I did not want regular butter tarts especially at the price I'm paying for them. I completely understand that sometimes all of the baked goods aren't available but please follow directions in that case or reach out to the customer. This usually is not an issue but I ended up throwing out half the tarts they gave me because they were gross. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

Original Iced Capp® when u makea large ice cap i expect the large ice cap to be filled to at least the lid, usually they arepretty good but since the price went up thelarge seems to look like a medum was poured into a larage cup however I know that its pretty measured etc butif you work there andit doesnt look proper just add a bit more please dont send it out 3/4 full
