My mom and I go to get tim Hortons all the time, and even though we dislike JK Rowling and all she stands for and haven't bought anything Harry Potter related in years, we wanted to experience just once again the magic that's now been lost to us. Unfortunately, every item we ordered from the HP x Tim Hortons crossover is frankly trash.
The Forbidden Forest Iced Tea tasted like a cheap tea that was left to steep a bit too long with barely any sweetener. The Patronus Sparkling Beverage was attempting to be a nice refreshing citrus drink but tasted incredibly watered down.
The Golden Snitch Caramel Timbit was far too sweet for my tastes, even though I thought the concept was interesting since I've never had a filled timbit before. My mom said it had a bit of a plasticy aftertaste.
All the donuts suffered from the same issue, the bits on top I absolutely hated and the insides tasted either too sweet or had a fake taste to them, like they weren't actually strawberry or blueberry.
