More than half of my order was incorrect. Order was not package properly - Wildberry Hibiscus Lemonade Quencher lemonade spilled everywhere as they didnt close the lid properly. Of 4 items ordered only the Bagels was edible and correct.

The 2 Hot Chocolate Muffins and 2 Boston Cream Donuts were REPLACED by 4 chocolate chip muffins, which we don’t like – they taste too rich. We’ll just have to stop ordering the baked goods, because we don’t receive what we ordered. Everything else is OK.

We order from this location regularly since it's the closest to us and we almost always have an issue with our order. They almost always forget a full item or at least an ingredient (I pay for extra chipotle sauce on my farmers wraps and half the time they show up with no sauce at all) they forget drinks all the time and they send seemingly random items as substitutes for what we actually ordered. I would say we end up with the wrong order more times than not.
