They actually use zucchini and mushroom in their Hibachi Shrimp veg mix! So many other places have moved to all broccoli and carrots and I don't do well with broccoli.
This is our favorite loca sushi joint. They package our sushi how we ask (per person) instead of throwing it all together.
The Gyoza is excellent and the sauce is perfect.
My husband orders their Salmon Roll every time and it's his favorite place locally. We have tried every last sushi place in ten years and Tokyo is it for us.

genuinely good but the Shrimp Tempura Roll never sticks together. The last two times Ive gotten it, its falls a apart for each piece.my most recent one only contained one piece of shrimp one side of the roll. other tha that, food is pretty good.

The overall taste was fine but the rolls weresquished into containers making for less than ideal looking sushi. Also the sizes of the pieces in the roll were too big..

Ordering Hibachi Vegetable was a mistake... seems like steamed vegetables and primarily broccoli.. idk what this was.. what a mistake on my part
