Arrived when it said it should be ready and took an extra 30+ minutes to receive my drinks, just for them to taste like water. Never had such a terrible experience at this tropical smoothie.

I ordered 6 Açaí Bowls for me n my neighbors. They are amazing. Everyone was blown away. I get the Nutella one. N I got 6 different smoothies for us all and I'm trying 2 new ones, the Passion Fruit and the Pina Colada one. All fresh fruit and deliciousness too.

Food always good but store needs to do a better job making sure all items paid for are included. If you order 4 smoothies and 1 is missing that's 25% of the order.

I order on doordash at 6:35pm on 6/8, it stated will be ready at 7:05pm, when I got there had to wait another 25 minutes for my order, staff was standing around talking to each other.
