Best bagels. Prepared correctly as specified and affordable. Coffee was on the money!!!! (Ordered taylor ham egg & cheese on a bagel and a bagel with walnut raisin cream cheese)

Just no! Bagels are hard and not very seeded. Everything bagel looks more like a plain bagel that fell in the everything bagel bin...

I at first thought I accidentally ordered a lox cream cheese bagel instead of a bagel with sliced lox and cream cheese. The bagel is bland, and there's almost no lox. Very disappointed.

The first order was missing when I went to pick it up and the bagel was not toasted. Also there was hardly any lox spread on it. I feel like I was ripped off.
