My BYO Essential Bowl with Avocado Caesar, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Teriyaki Chicken, Vale Cilantro Basmati Rice, Spinach & Arugula, this was so tasty!!!! I stocked up on more items for a flight I was working and although I didn't get the chance to reheat my food, I ate it cold and it was still full of flavor and very tasty!!! Pleasantly surprised.
BYO Smoothie Bowl
Vanilla Plant Based Protein, Snack, Homemade Gluten Free, No Extra Toppings, Banana, Blueberry, Hemp Seed, this was very filling for my breakfast and I didn't have cravings before is ready for my next meal.
I had these the night before because I didn't want to eat heavy late at night. This was delicious!!! And Filling and helped need not eat junk

This was a great treat after dinner instead of snacking on junk snacks
1x Chia Pudding Parfait
Everything was FRESH!!! Great portions and yes I can't wait to order again!
Wish this place has more locations, consider North/South Carolina's.

The Vale Essentials Chicken Bowl was fresh and well seasoned. I enjoyed it and would definitely order it again. I was surprised to see that the Almond Butter Protein Brownie Bites; Vegan,GF was the size that it was for what it was priced at, but it was really good.

Bowl was very good and bigger than I thought. The burrito was also very good but a bit smaller than I imagined. Overall, the chicken was very good and well seasoned as well as the chipotle Mac & Cheese which kept well even after reheating. Very good food and easy on the stomach. Would definitely recommend!

Surprised by how good this dish tasted! The cilantro rice was super tasty, great portion of not dry chicken, and roasted Brussels sprouts perfectly cooked. Will definitely be ordering from Vale again!

Fresh, healthy food at a great price. Super delicious, and the staff answers quickly and helps you out if there are any mistakes on your order when you call them. I would definitely order again, especially considering they also give good portions of every part of your order. Also great that they offer deals here on DoorDash. The regular and essential bowls along with the shakes are my favorite.
