I am truly in love with this place. There's no other place like it in the University Area. Best pistachio latte, best croissants, best Frappuccinos, delicious food. They have the best of everything & portion sizes are great.

Best plain croissant I've ever had & I'm not even kidding. It came warm & great portion size. The texture & the taste!!! This place NEVER misses.

I went here in person for my birthday, I got weird looks and a nasty attitude from the cashier. I didn't want to "play victim" so I just got my food and left but then I saw other people had similar experiences so I just want to share mine. The food was good, but the service was trashy.

Ordered Iced coffee from this coffee house today and they didn't even have the decency to put it in a bag or something and btw I paid $17.00 + for this kinda service.

I have been here multiple times and the Pistachio Latte has been burnt the last few times. There is a last in at the front desk who is soooo rude it makes me not even want to come into the establishment. She's too nonchalant and when you ask her something she looks upset and always replies with an attitude. She's terrivle for business. My brother and sister went in by themselves and had the same experience with her.
