the flowers were beautiful! i asked for them to be wrapped together and they did it so beautifully

This was very disappointing. First they made substitutions without contacting me. They also up-charged the substitution. Then they promoted the product as a dozen roses and they only gave me five. I definitely will never order with them again!

The flowers looked a day old. Water was dirty and flowers didnt fit in vase. Horrible arrangement.
