It came well packaged. Food was a good temperature and yummy! This is my favorite thing to get at Wendy's.

good, warm food, and you can get a little refund since sandwiches are currently advertised as coming with ketchup and mayo, but wendys adds "no ketchup/mayo" to order after you place it. Dave's Double®Crispy Chicken Biggie™ Bag
drink advertised with ice, wendys takes it away.
is it a menu bug? do they do it on purpose so buns aren't soggy and drinks not watered down? I don't know, but I get $3+ store credit from every order for false advertising :)

Nuggets came burnt and hard to chew, my jr bacon cheeseburger had a terrible slice of lettuce which shouldn't have been on a burger at all and instead disregarded in the trash, two of the biggie bags I ordered didn't come with any sauces or condiments yet I was still charged for them, as well as none of my drinks being delivered either yet again I was still charged full price.

Nuggets were burnt and a little bland. And I think that there was supposed to be cheese sauce on the baconator fries as well as the shredded cheddar, but there was no cheese sauce on my fries. Only the shredded cheese.

Ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato and did not receive the sour cream so it was just a chive baked potato that was very dry. They didn't even send butter. No utensil to eat the baked potato either.
