I'm not sure why but this location doesn't use ketchup or mayo. It doesn't matter if it's supposed to come with it or if you ask. Idk. I can't figure it out. They are 100% consistent in this area for sure.

The Bacon Cheese Baked Potato was undercooked and hard. The Parmesan Caesar Salad was wilted and the lets just did not look good. I picked half the lettuce out of the salad before I could eat it.

Wasn't satisfied with my order that I've been debating on ordering for a while now, because of this reason here! I absolutely love the honey butter with the breakfast chicken, but haven't had it in a long time because I only eat it a certain way, everything was correct besides the little tiny piece of chicken they decided to put on the sandwich, Which clearly they knew it was tiny because they put an extra piece of chicken on it, with barley any honey butter at all!! Which again is my favorite, that's the reason why I order it in the first place because of the honey butter!! That's literally the main reason why I order it... All I tasted was dry chicken! Also had no cheese on it, when I put Swiss.. Had a feeling I shouldn't of ordered it! But I thought I'd give it a chance! Well now I know not to do it again!
