I don't know what they changed, but every item I got was better than I remember. Burger, fries were hot and delish, Spicy Chicken Sandwich was insanely good, 6 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets were so good - sauces were great. They upped their game and I could tell!

The Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich Combo was not worth the money. There was nothing on the sandwich but onions mayo and lettuce. What happened to the rest?? And the burger was cold, the cheese wasn't melted and the fries taste old.

I am missing several drinks from my order and my sandwiches were all incorrect. The driver informed me that the guy at the window disregarded him when he tried to inform them of the mistake. Therefore I am missing a large part of my order. 2 drink out of 4. No chicken sandwich, all burgers were incorrect.

They failed to put onion on my Chili and my Chili Cheese Fries that was explicitly called out for. They cheaped out on the cheese for those also. Haven't opened the burger yet, but I'm willing to guess they didn't make it how it was requested either since they could not follow simple directions for the first 2 items

everything tasted old, the fries were chewy and the sandwich was missing the asiago cheese. the lettuce was brown and wilted. last order from wendys.
