Missing a 10 piece crispy nugget from the bags even though they were stickered shut. Only half of the nuggets we did get were fresh, the rest were old and cold. Inconsistency wasn't just an issue in this order but has been a problem in past orders as well, including orders that have been ordered and picked up in person through the drive thru.

received fish sandwich that was so over cooked. had burnt ends all around fish.
had to cut off almost half of fish patty. so sad & disappointing from Wendy's

They served fries that were very clearly left on the warmer for hours, and this wasn't even very late (9 pm). Inedible and stale. I honestly would not trust that the food you're getting from them is in any way fresh

Very disappointed with the Dave's Single® & Dave's Double® , they were extremely well done ( almost burned). The burgers were still hot, but they looked thinner than one's I've had before and were beyond done. The previous order was so good, but this time,not so much.

The Dave's Double, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, baked potato and fries were great and still hot! The best delivery I've had and was pleasantly surprised that even the fries were still hot! Thanks Wendy's and Steven
